It governs the four primal urges: food, sleep, sex and self-preservation. Balancing this chakra helps to maintain inner stability making you strong and stable. <\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7Svadhishthana\/Sacral chakra- Located at the pelvis radiating orange colour and representing water element governing fluidity, adaptability, creativity, emotions and sexual energy. It helps to regulate your emotions and desire to keep them in your control affirming you are a creative being with unlimited potential.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7Manipura\/Navel chakra- Located at the navel radiating yellow colour and representing fire element. Its function is to optimize your personal power to navigate your lives with determination. Balancing navel chakra gives you the confidence to eliminate what does not serve you and let it go. You become confident, powerful and can handle anything.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7Anahata\/Heart chakra- Located in the heart region radiating green colour and representing air element. Harmonizing this chakra you feel more compassionate, optimistic, friendly, motivated and caring, dealing with all the emotional issues.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7Vishuddha\/Throat chakra- Located at the base of the throat with a bright blue colour representing space element. Balance of this chakra manifests creativity, satisfaction and the ability to communicate. It also embodies inspiration and faith. <\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7Ajna\/Third eye chakra- Located between the eyebrows with the colour indigo blue, free of any element. The main attributes are intelligence, intuition, self-assurance, understanding and insight.
