Conducted for the masses, this program is conducted between 6 – 7 AM and 6 – 7 PM from the 1st to the 10th of every month. This program, which uses tools of a yogic life, has benefited thousands of participants since its inception. People from all walks of life attend this program and reap its spiritual as well as physical benefits. Many have seen improvement in the condition of their psychosomatic diseases, while others have bettered their lifestyles because of it. The quality of life of the people from surrounding areas has improved significantly.
This program that goes on for 3-5 days, is one of a kind. The doctor, Dr. Vivek Udupa, sees each patient separately and counsels them. He prescribes specific yoga therapy and other practices that can help with the person’s ailment. The asanas and pranayamas are taught then and there in the camp so that the person can easily incorporate them in their lives and get better. Naturopathy tips and all other advice that is possible is given to the participant. This program is successfully conducted in all major cities of India as well as in some cities abroad.

This program specifically caters to these requirements by conducting sessions educating them on women’s health issues and how to prevent and cure them. Yoga practices specifically for women along with general practices of breathing exercises, meditation, light and music therapy, and relaxation are performed in this camp.

Yoga Santwana is a ten-day program meant to treat specific ailments that people suffer from. There are different yogic exercises and naturopathy treatments that are taught for ailments like back pain, hypertension, diabetes, gastritis, pain syndromes, obesity, menstrual problems, anxiety, and depression. The treatment given varies depending on the age, sex and severity of the health condition that the person might be suffering from.
This two-day workshop is conducted in the surrounding villages for the benefit of the rural population. It includes health talk by a yogic doctor, general yoga classes, and holistic advice specific for rural masses based on their diet and lifestyle. The workshop also teaches yoga practices most suitable for farmers and naturopathy treatments for common diseases. This helps in improving the lifestyle, and overall health of the rural population therefore raising the status of the whole society.
